Managed Network Systems Inc. (MNSi) began operations in September of 1995. Since then, we have grown to over 20,000 subscribers. Strategically located in the heart of the industrial Midwest, MNSi is an International leader in providing Internet Access.
MNSi currently provides dialup, high speed DSL, T1, T3 and High Speed LAN Extension (10 and 100 Megabit/Second) Internet access, Web and E-Mail hosting as well as Private Lines. With our facilities based network including our own international fiber optic transmission facilities, and co-location arrangements in 17 Bell Canada Central Offices in Southwestern Ontario, MNSi is able to provide higher levels of service and is more flexible than other companies which strictly re-sell services of the telephone company.
MNSi works with a number of companies providing LAN, Computer Application and Telephony sales & support services throughout Southwestern Ontario, assisting in the implementation of VPN and VoIP applications.
MNSi also runs a technical support Call Centre staffed 24 hours/day, 7 days a week to provide assistance with dialup and DSL services, as well as network monitoring and dispatch for Private Line and LAN Extension services. This Call Centre is operated in house by our own staff (not outsourced), which allows us to maintain the high levels of service we demand for our customers.
We service individuals, school boards, hospitals, financial service providers, automotive dealers, real estate agencies and brokers, educational institutions, professional musicians, government agencies, municipalities, tool and die manufacturers, and variety of small businesses throughout Southwestern Ontario, and Michigan.
