During 2002, Vic Store Fixtures has established working methods at the forefront. Through this processes, Kaïsen, Workflow and 5S were implemented to improve the quality and productivity of wood and metal factories, and a program of research and development has emerged. Vic Store Fixtures also grew by another 120,000 square feet, allowing the company to separate its manufacturing operations, with one mill for wood and the other for steel.

Over the past 10 years, Vic Store Fixtures has launched six new product lines. The company has also sharpened its focus on pharmacies and improved its customer service.
