President of AlphaStarr Technical Solutions, Bob Minhas, has worked within technology in one form or another for 17 years. Bob has spent time developing his craft working with major telco providers in Voice, Data and Broadcast.
“I started AlphaStarr in response to a gap I’d noticed within the industry between technology deployment and satisfactory customer integration,” says Bob. ” There were so many different people involved in the process that no one person was really accountable to the business client. I decided that these users needed a Concierge to manage their side working to ensure their technology needs were met while the business owner could focus on the rest of his business.”
AlphaStarr’s team was also developed with that same philosophy in mind. “Each time we send a technician out, its with the objective of ensuring we do everything we can to meet and more often exceed that business user’s expectation.”
